How to track a new buff
Buffs can be of different nature, mostly they are your HOTs on targets, but it can also be a defensive, or a special effect from a tiers set, a trinket etc. Here we will take the example of the Rashok trinket.

Enter /grid2 in your chat

Navigate to Statuses > Buffs and select Buff and enter the spell ID of the buff you want to track (name can also work most of the time). If the buff you are tracking is something you do, and you do not want to mix it up with similar effects from other players, you want to check Show if mine. If it does not come from you, like a defensive from a tank, uncheck that box. In this case, we only want to track the effect of our Rashok trinket, so we leave it checked. Press Okay and Create

Navigate to the buff you created and the Indicators tab. Select which indicators you want this buff to be displayed in.
