Enter /grid2 in your chat

Navigate to Statuses > Buffs and enter the name of the Buffs group you want to create, here I named it DefensiveCooldowns. Click Okay and Create.

Navigate to the group you have created and enter the list of abilities you want to track. Here is my list of defensives:

Next, we will need an indicator that can display more than one of them at the same time. Navigate to Indicators and create a new icons indicator. I named it DefensivesIcons here. Select where you want to see this group of icons on the frames, here I picked LEFT. Click Okay and Create.

Navigate to the indicator you have created and select the buffs group you built before. Now you will see the defensives on every player's frame! This will be very useful as you progress through higher keys.
