How to add a Boss or Trash to a Dungeon in Raid Debuffs
Sometimes, Grid2 is missing a Boss in Raid Debuffs, in particular it sometimes does not have a Trash section. Let's see how to add this.

Enter /grid2 in your chat

Navigate to the Raid Debuffs module (Statuses > Debuffs > Raid Debuffs)

Select the Dungeon you would like to add Boss or Trash to

Click on the dungeon name above the list of bosses and enter the name of the new Boss (or Trash)

Click Okay, your new Boss (or Trash) section is created
