The Azure Vault was modified to not be able to jump downstairs, which will affect the routing compared to season 1. Give it a few weeks to figure out the best way to path through the dungeon!

I recommend that your group has access to the following dispels:
PurgeMovementSootheYou can talent off Improved Detox, You will not need it.
Your biggest concern in the entrance area is to butt-pull. Be wary of your surroundings, it is very easy to cause a wipe by pulling a Shrieking Whelp by mistake.
Season 4 comes with a reduced rate for Mystic Vapors, but you should still make your possible to use AOE CCs to stop these casts, as a few casts can snowball into a wipe.
Finally, the Erratic Growth has to be interrupted, or the victim will likely die in the ground effects.
You will notice that there are crystalline mobs that are inactive. They come to life if the Shrieking Whelp can finish their Shriek. If you want the crystal mobs for your route, let the cast go through. If not, CC them, and kill them fast.
This being said, should the crystal mobs come to life, the Crystal Fury is the biggest danger on your tank with their Piercing Shards, in particular if they buff themselves with Arcane Fury. Do all you can to control these mobs, and be ready to support your tank, they will be in big danger if some casts go through.
The Crystal Thrasher mostly adds some movement constraints with their Crystalline Rupture. They may be big, but they are not your biggest worry
A swift Paralysis on a Shriek that was not meant to be can save your team from a wipe.
Should you play the crystals, help your tank by stopping as many Piercing Shards as you can.
The boss is built around a simple cycle. It revolves around the crystal structures that they spawn every 50 sec, and that your group will try to clear using Erupting Fissure and Explosive Brand. This in turn will spawn Volatile Sapling, which you should be very careful about, as the healer aggro will direct them towards you. Do not run away from your tank, as it will make it twice as hard for them to gather the adds.
The 50-sec loop means you will not be able to use Chiji every cycle. Keep that in mind when you plan your cooldowns. Use the adds to your advantage to do big healing through AWakenedFaeline.
The enemies on the rings have many different deadly abilities, and there is honestly little you can do to out-heal most of them, so it is all about using your set to control them.
There are two abilities that must be interrupted: Waking Bane and Icy Bindings. Both will result in a death eventually as Forbidden Knowledge swirlies will just kill people on the spot. In PUG situation, make sure you are able to stop at least these ones.
Be very careful of the Arcane Bash frontal from the Arcane Construct. It is not the most visible, but you will die if you are in it.
In this room, there will be a lot of pressure on your tank, from the Ice Cutter and Spellfrost Breath. Help them by controlling the Vault Guard as much as you can. Slows, stuns, everything goes to help your tank kite.
Keep making sure that Icy Bindings is interrupted.
Focus on your controls in this area, and be very careful of the numerous and murderous swirlies in melee!
Azureblade was nerfed. It will still be a challenge.
Azureblade basically has two very simple phases. In the first phase, they Summon Draconic Image that you should help interrupt and kill. They also have two flavors of frontals, Arcane Cleave and Ancient Orb that will murder you on the spot. Just focus on the add and your positioning, try to keep your longer cooldowns for what is next.
When they reach max energy (it takes about 1min20 to recharge), Azureblade goes to the middle of the room, summons 4 adds and starts channeling and shooting orbs. As long as the adds are alive, Overwhelming Energy will tick on the group, relentlessly.
So there are are several layers of difficulty here. First, it ticks pretty hard, and you should be ready to pump. But you will also need to move a lot, between the orbs and the swirlies from killing the adds. Last but not least, you could have range issues if your group splits apart. Try to stay with your group as much as possible. If your DPS know what is good for them, they will stay close to you, but you have to go the next adds to kill, or you will end up being alone, out of range from the whole group.
Deciding on a direction (e.g. clockwise) before the pull will help everybody stay together. This fight is hard, very much so, so do not worry if the first times end tragically, and let the haters hate. Keep learning, and it will eventually click.
100% hold Chiji for the Overwhelming Energy windows. Make sure to stay with your group here to take full advantage of GenerousPour and ClosetoHeart.
In the main phase, simply focus on interupting the Illusionary Bolt from the Draconic Image, and be careful of the Arcane Cleave!
The main problem of this area is that it is very inefficient time wise if you cannot get the Nullmagic Hornswog grouped, and your focus should be to use your controls to keep them together.
Damage wise, the danger is on the Drakonid Breaker. Just ensure that people are topped before Bestial Roar to avoid random deaths eating more time. It is possible for the ranged to outrange Bestial Roar and avoid all damage, which is very practical!
Telash Greywing will cast Frost Bomb and Icy Devastator once before going immune and casting Absolute Zero. From there, he will cast 3 sets of Frost Bomb (and 2 Icy Devastator) before the next Absolute Zero (every 65 seconds).
Frost Bomb happens every 16-18 seconds, and will force people to spread. you have some time to top the group, but you will need to be careful with the next target of Icy Devastator to ensure they do not get killed. They should use a defensive, but be ready with your ST heals nonetheless.
Absolute Zero is really about topping up people before the hit to ensure nobody gets 1-shot. You will also need to heal people fast before the next Frost Bomb. This happens every 1min.
One real change on this boss, but what a change: you will not be slowed anymore. Yes, this boss might actually be fun.
The fight is now a bit different pattern-wise. There are two main events you should be ready for: Crystallize and Unleashed Destruction.
Unleashed Destruction simply happens every 55sec and should not be a big danger, just make sure nobody is low before it happens.
Crystallize is new. The boss still spawns crystals when they reach 75%, 50% and 25% HP. One of these crystals will be bigger and named the Hardened Crystal. It is the priority target for damage, and will pulse AOE with Crystallize for as long as it is alive. It is now the biggest damage event in the fight. In the first weeks, you might want to teach your team(s) about this mechanic, since you will be the most impacted and the less able to help with it.
The tank will still be hit with a massive magic buster Dragon Strike and could need help at times, keep an eye on them.
