Brackenhide is a dungeon that's oriented around disease, with hordes of mobs ready to slow you down, and literally have you rot.
A word of caution: Do not enter this dungeon without at least one disease dispel in your team.

I recommend that your group has access to the following dispels:
DiseaseSootheMovementBleedYou should make sure to pick Improved Detox
The open area that welcomes us to the dungeon is wide, and filled with diverse enemies. It will end up being a massive proportion of your count.
The biggest dangers in this first area are the Claw Fighter, the Bonebolt Hunter, and the Decay Speaker. Make sure that you have a CC for the Vicious Clawmangle from the fighter, as this is a high damage Fixate. If you can CC Bone Bolt from the hunter, great, otherwise be ready to use some ST tool to counter the bleed, You will want to keep players healthy as the Shoot could finish someone off. Finally, interrupt Withering Burst from the speaker.
The other mandatory interrupt is on Hideous Cackle from the Bracken Warscourge. Soothing their Ragestorm is also a very good use of a GCD to preserve uptime for melee players.
Other than that, there is certainly danger on the tank, track Infected Bite in particular to know when they might need a little help, especially if they rely a lot on self healing.
RingOfPeace is great to defend someone from Vicious Clawmangle.
You can dispel Withering with your regular dispel and with TigersLust if you need two.
A tough fight with a particularly deadly grievous mechanic, which difficulty is very dependent on your class.
The main issue you will have to face in this fight is Gash Frenzy. On a 1-min timer, it will put a grievous bleed on everybody, which means you need to heal them over 90% of their health to have it disappear. The nerf to make it last only 15 seconds is good for weekly keys, but you will not be able to maintain someone in high keys for that long, don't count too much on it.
Grievous is a peculiar mechanic, and how to handle it is very specific to each spec. What is true for all is: be proactive, plan for it, or you are going to have a very bad time. There is one major new tool that can help with this fight: the potion is one of the best counters against it.
For the rest, most of your effort should be on contributing to Earth Bolt interrupts, as it is the only real damage you can have an impact on.
Of course, Greater Healing Rapids should be interrupted and Decayed Senses dispelled as soon as you are able.
SG is very efficient to top everybody at once when healing Gash Frenzy
This is an area full of blobs and aberrations, quite gruesome, and the main danger will be the Fetid Rotsinger which you should certainly try to skip (more about them in the Decatriarch Trash section).
The biggest danger now with Withering scaling with key level is Infuse Corruption from the Brackenhide Shaper, which should absolutely be interrupted. For the rest, check the stacks of Bleeding from the Infected Lasher to avoid being surprised by the damage intake.
Otherwise, just dodge everything, in particular the Necrotic Breath from the Wilted Oak, which cannot be interrupted anymore.
Remember that Revival can dispel all Diseases at once, which is a great joker in this area if things turn sour. Be very careful of your positioning now that Necrotic Breath cannot be interrupted.
Treemouth is mostly about mechanics and should quickly not present a great danger.
The main issue with Treemouth is about planning a little, how to rotate the CCs on the Decaying Slime and who should get Consume each time (most likely never you, unless you are a paladin, in which case, volunteer, it is one set you know will be under control!).
If you are the target of Decay Spray, just make your way to the boss to drop the adds close, that's the easiest way to mess up this boss.
Other than that, there is not much to say honeslty.
Tips coming soon, dont hesitate to suggest yours!
In general, you would want to skip most of the trash you can skip, by leaning on the right side of the zone. Future updates could include more mobs (in particular if mainstream routes change), but we will keep it to what most groups try to accomplish there.
Stinkbreath has been modified to not follow his Stink Breath anymore, so everyone can dodge, which makes this mob just infinitely easier.
Make sure to CC the Fleshripper Vulture, when they cast Screech.
Gutshot is again mostly about mechanics, and there should not be much danger.
You should approach Gutshot more like a Trash pull, in that what matters more is your control and positioning than your healing. Make sure to kite the hyenas properly, use CCs to help yourselves or your teammates if they are in danger of getting caught, that will be more efficient than trying to heal them, although you should be ready to pop an external on them if they do get caught.
Keep an eye on your tank, help DPSing the hyenas rather than blowing heals to the wind, and that is really it.
RingOfPeace can help replace a Rotfang Hyena in the trap where it belongs, or protect an ally from Bounding Leap!
This last area includes some particularly nasty mobs, and should be taken with caution, considering the (very) long respawn.
The main danger is certainly the Fetid Rotsinger. They are the priority target, and their Burst of Decay should be interrupted. More than anything, everybody including you should focus their damage on the totem before it starts spreading diseases.
For the rest, be careful of spreading the Withering Contagion from the Vile Rothexer. And keep an eye on your tank and your melee as Bloody Bite can do surprising amounts of damage.
Dispel Withering Contagion to avoid any further trouble. Be very careful of the Bloody Bite, and use ExpelHarm to cancel the grievous effect if you get the debuff on you.
The Decatriarch is a totem boss in the most pure form. There is very little damage coming out if well executed, but if the totem does not die fast enough, it is game over.
Conceptually, Decatriarch Wratheye tries to spread Withering Rot on the party thanks to her Choking Rotcloud and the Rotburst Totem burst. Never touch the cloud, and help your DPS kill the totem. Really, that's the whole fight, you need to put as much DPS as you can on these totems, if they explode, it is pretty much over in higher keys.
Other than, use your cooldowns on your tank for Decaystrike, it is very dangerous, and the main source of trouble.
The real danger healing wise is the Decaystrike on the tank. Alternate SG and Chiji to heal it. You can of course leverage ChiHarmony.
