I recommend that your group has access to the following dispels:
MovementBleedPoisonYou should make sure to pick Improved Detox
Avanoxx works on a 39 seconds loop. It opens with a Voracious Bite followed by an Alerting Shrill (+00:08) and a second Voracious Bite (+00:15). At this point, you will get a brief respite to manage the adds before the Gossamer Onslaught to close the loop (+00:30).
Your tank will need help, but Alerting Shrill and its physical damage does not give you much freedom to do so, try to spare them some resources still. You will have at maximum 2 GCDs during the Shrill itself, so Absorb Effects and other "prep" effects are strong to handle this mechanic. You have some time after to top up people, focus on keeping them alive.
Gossamer Onslaught should be less threatening, but you do not have as much time to recover before the next cycle starts, do not get comfortable.
This is a very hard fight, and you will run out of cooldowns, so you will want to focus on your fundamentals to always keep a layer of safety. Focus on healing until you get more comfortable with the timings.
Looking at the damage pattern, Ki'takal is very straightforward. They simply cast Cultivated Poisons every 22 seconds. Any cadence faster than every 30 seconds raises the concern of running out of cooldowns, but that's not the main problem here. The sheer amount of movement created by the mechanics of this encounter make it an incredible challenge.
Do not play hero and focus on three things:
As a side note, To escape the Grasping Blood, you can use an anti-snare, but also simply use a control on the blood, stun, knockback, most things work. Just do not do it too early!
Use Chiji on odd Cultivated Poisons. You need to be in melee and it makes you immune to roots, it will kill you if you use it as Cosmic Singularity comes up.
Revival can also be dangerous. While it sounds great on paper to lower the damage intake, it can be very tricky to use without voice communication as your teammates may not expect all the bullets to fire early
